Apple's Engineering Program Management team is looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead SoC Failure Analysis efforts. This role focuses on operational excellence and program execution throughout Apple's silicon lifecycle. The manager will coordinate cross-site efforts and work closely with technical leads to resolve issues efficiently. The position requires a strong background in semiconductor processes and a commitment to continuous improvement in failure analysis workflows.

• Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong background in Failure Analysis, Silicon Debug, Silicon Validation, or Product Engineering.
• Working familiarity with bench-level electrical verification and fault isolation techniques.
• Knowledge of VLSI circuit design, manufacturing, packaging, and chip validation processes for 5nm technology and below.
• Advanced experience of 15+ years in technical and program management roles.

• Drive technical debug by participating in bench-level functional debug on silicon validation boards.
• Establish and continuously improve FA intake, triage, prioritization, escalation, and closure workflows.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution by partnering with various teams to improve performance and yield.
• Institutionalize learnings by building and maintaining the FA knowledge base and facilitating retrospectives.
• Own logistics and operational reporting by managing sample lifecycle logistics and defining KPIs.
