Requirements

  • Experience in semiconductor packaging and/or system integration.
  • Good understanding of multi-functional packaging areas including layout, architecture, and reliability.
  • Specialist knowledge in advanced packaging technologies such as FOWLP, 2.5D, and 3D.
  • Basic knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for IC packaging development.
  • Lead SoC package integration and architecture efforts.
  • Drive the industry with advanced package solutions and new material developments.
  • Review schematics, package, and PCB layout designs in Allegro.
  • Ensure high density and high performance interconnects within various constraints.
