Job description

Requirements

  • Experience in semiconductor packaging and/or system integration.
  • Good understanding of multi-functional packaging areas including package layout, architecture, and enabling process technologies.
  • Specialist knowledge in advanced packaging technologies such as FOWLP, 2.5D, and 3D.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong foundation in physics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated circuit packaging solutions.
  • Lead system-on-chip package integration and architecture efforts.
  • Drive the development of advanced package solutions and new materials.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and overseas suppliers.
  • Review schematics, package, and PCB layout designs in Allegro.
