The individual will drive partner integrations and design technical solutions while ensuring alignment across teams. The goal is to enhance the Apple Pay experience and contribute to the innovation of the Wallet ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as an engineering project/program/product manager, ideally within fintech or core payment technologies.
  • Experience in the payments industry and digital wallets.
  • Ability to lead complex initiatives with hands-on technical expertise across the payment ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • B.A./B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science required.
  • Direct experience working with external partners on cross-channel initiatives and new technologies.
  • Deep understanding of Network Tokenization standards, NFC Technologies, EMV contactless, and mobile technology.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with BD, Product, Developer Relations, and engineering teams to implement new Apple Pay and Wallet features.
  • Drive partner integrations and design scalable technical solutions.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead multiple Apple Pay projects from conception through execution.
  • Evangelize Apple Pay technology and drive Wallet adoption by solving customer problems.
  • Maintain strong technical relationships with ecosystem partners.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
