Job description

The Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) team focuses on managing various alternative investments, including private equity and credit facilities. Within AWM, the Credit Facility Management (CFM) team is tasked with overseeing credit facilities and ensuring compliance with financial covenants and reporting obligations. Analysts in this role will support senior team members in managing lender relationships and performing a variety of analytical tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other business discipline
  • Asset management, fund financing, or credit facility experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently in a small team and exhibit initiative
  • Interest in working on technology initiatives
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Manage a series of credit facilities including underlying covenants and compliance requirements
  • Track, collate, analyze, and interpret underlying asset data
  • Facilitate utilization requests and servicing events
  • Manage lender and agent relationships
  • Assist with facility negotiation and pre-execution approvals
  • Track, report, and analyze detailed performance metrics
  • Create management presentations and respond to ad hoc requests
  • Support technology initiatives related to the responsibilities
