Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code.
- Experience leading large-scale, end-to-end technical programs that span multiple product groups.
- Technical depth in modern cloud services, platform architecture, data/telemetry, and operational readiness.
- Demonstrated ability to establish execution mechanisms that improve predictability and drive high-quality delivery.
- Experience partnering with engineering leaders to drive tradeoffs and resolve competing priorities.
- Experience using data-driven experimentation and analysis to inform product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the program strategy and execution plan, defining vision, scope, milestones, success metrics, and launch criteria.
- Drive cross-organization alignment by building shared clarity across stakeholders and influencing decisions.
- Lead end-to-end delivery by translating business goals into technical requirements and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Orchestrate dependencies, risks, and change by proactively identifying blockers and managing partner commitments.
- Establish operational rigor by running the program's execution rhythm and providing executive communications.
- Measure and drive impact using data and customer feedback to evaluate outcomes and improve adoption.
