The role is for a Software Development Engineer within the AWS Applied AI Solutions organization, focusing on developing innovative technology solutions for modern contact centers in the cloud. The team is dedicated to solving complex engineering and algorithmic problems while maintaining a strong customer focus. This position offers the opportunity to shape technology and product offerings in a rapidly growing business. Candidates will work closely with senior technical leaders and take ownership of code from design to development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and testing
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Own code end-to-end from design to development
- Work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS
- Develop scalable and resilient systems for modern contact centers
