The Senior Epitaxy Metrology Engineer at Raxium will be part of a team focused on developing innovative silicon solutions for Google's consumer products. This role involves utilizing advanced metrology techniques to enhance the process development of monolithic display technology. The engineer will work closely with external tool suppliers and contribute to the continuous improvement of metrology procedures. This position is crucial for shaping the next generation of hardware experiences that integrate digital and physical realms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a specialized field.
• 4 years of experience with metrology techniques in a semiconductor fabrication environment.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical methods, such as statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience with various metrology tools and techniques, such as PL Spectroscopy, X-Ray Diffraction, and Microscopy.

• Employ existing and invent novel metrology methods to drive exceptional process development of monolithic display technology.
• Work with external tool suppliers for both new equipment development and improved problem-solving capabilities.
• Use best practices for metrology and measurement tool control and improvement.
• Support in the early adoption of best practices in process control by documenting techniques and training technicians.
