• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a specialized field such as Optics or Sensors.
• 4 years of experience in AR/VR optical systems or optical semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in optical design and simulation.

• Design and simulate next generation waveguide display systems.
• Collaborate with optical system and manufacturing teams to ensure design for manufacturability.
• Design and execute experiments to characterize process parameters and optimize manufacturing performance.
