The role of a Professional Structural Engineer at Jacobs involves working on advanced semiconductor manufacturing and state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. The team focuses on delivering innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges while supporting clients throughout the design and construction phases. This position requires strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and effective communication with clients. The engineer will contribute to the development of design concepts and oversee the production of detailed drawing packages.

• PE and/or SE license is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Structural Design in both Steel and Concrete.
• Experience with structural engineering analysis software such as Staad or similar.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic experience in preparing design drawings across all project phases.

• Develop design concepts and technical studies to support client decision-making.
• Oversee the production of detailed drawing packages for structures, infrastructure, and equipment.
• Participate in presentations and attend client meetings.
• Conduct existing site analysis and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide technical and analytical expertise to the Site-Based Advanced Facilities team.
