Job description
The Civil/Environmental Engineer role at Jacobs focuses on supporting innovative waste solutions and sustainability projects for public and private clients. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or geotechnical engineering or a related engineering degree.
- Engineer In Training (EIT) Certification.
- Experience conducting field investigations and preparing corresponding reports.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment and handle multiple project assignments.
- Experience with report writing, including engineering design reports and stormwater reports.
Responsibilities
- Support and deliver projects through design, engineering, and site investigation.
- Design landfill and remediation liners, ET covers, and other related features.
- Lead design tasks and mentor junior practitioners.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to create innovative and sustainable solutions.
