• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture is required.
• At least 5 years of related industrial facility experience is necessary.
• Experience with heavy industrial, medium voltage, and crane operations is preferred.
• US Citizenship is required.

• Prepare architectural, engineering, and cost estimates for construction projects.
• Recommend design procedures and standards for facility planning.
• Supervise detailed design, budgetary costing, and final inspection of facility projects.
• Conduct construction surveillance to ensure adherence to contractual requirements.
• Provide engineering consulting services to US Federal clients.
