• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
• 5+ years of supplier interaction and cross-team collaboration
• Experience in industrial or commercial engineering in mission-critical facilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Supplier Quality roadmap for complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure equipment.
• Manage complete equipment lifecycle quality by working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Improve equipment quality by performing thorough on-site audits to ensure compliance with AWS quality standards.
• Drive Supplier Quality Improvement Programs and track supplier performance against key performance indicators.
• Perform critical-to-quality inspections and functional testing to ensure defect-free equipment delivery.
• Lead root cause analysis for complex equipment issues in collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate and validate root cause analysis reports using critical thinking and quality principles.
• Develop new product and supplier qualification plans to drive quality from prototyping to mass production.
• Conduct data analysis on reported failures and create technical reports for design and specification improvements.
• Work on concurrent projects across multiple geographical regions.
