Job description

The Apple Services Engineering team is dedicated to merging art and technology, powering platforms like the App Store and Apple Music. The AMP Commerce QA team plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of e-commerce services for Apple Media Services. This position requires a strong background in software quality assurance and engineering, focusing on testing mobile and desktop applications. The team operates in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality solutions to customers worldwide.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of professional work experience in software QA or engineering.
  • Experience testing mobile applications and services on iOS and Android.
  • Experience testing applications and services on macOS and Windows systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of QA automation architecture, methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Experience automating functional and integration testing of Web, iOS, OS X, and backend services.
  • Experience in Java, Python, Unix, SQL, CSS, HTML, and XML.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • An understanding of AI-driven testing approaches, test generation, or data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans for mobile and desktop applications.
  • Automate functional and integration testing for various platforms.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
