The Engineering Program Manager will support the Application Platform Integrity team at Apple, playing a crucial role in delivering high-quality platform features to a vast customer base. This position requires balancing tradeoffs in a complex environment while collaborating with various teams across the software engineering organization. The EPM will drive execution, set goals, and remove obstacles to ensure successful project delivery. The role demands a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and senior leaders.

• 8+ years of Project / Program Management experience in the software development life cycle
• Experience developing project plans and managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Experience delivering customer-facing software features or projects from concept through delivery
• BS/MS or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• A track record of quickly understanding technical concepts across a wide range of fields
• Demonstrated ability to provide succinct, accurate executive summaries of project status
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams through complex design and architectural constraints
• Ability to track and manage numerous, unrelated parallel activities
• Ability to mobilize, encourage, influence, advocate for, and lead teams without direct authority
• Superior collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with software regulation compliance
• Familiarity with iOS and macOS platform development
