Job description
The iPhone Division is looking for an Analog & Power Systems Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team focused on developing next-generation iPhone products. This role involves working on various analog disciplines, including power management, charging systems, and mixed-signal function blocks. The engineer will engage with internal teams and external vendors throughout the development process. A strong foundation in low-power consumer electronics and a passion for high-quality product development are essential.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of industry experience
- Strong EE fundamentals in power conversion and analog circuits
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment and circuit prototyping
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in power management, charging systems, or analog/mixed-signal design
- Experience collaborating across hardware, software, mechanical, and thermal engineering disciplines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Bridge analog circuit design and system-level architecture
- Address system-level challenges including power sequencing and interference mitigation
- Work on power management subsystems and charging systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware and software engineers
- Drive complex tasks to completion while managing multiple priorities
