Job description
The role of PHY Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Designer at Apple involves working on innovative challenges to create products that enhance people's lives. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Significant experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Design of PHYs
- Proven understanding of TX, RX, Delay Locked Loops, Phase Interpolators, Delay Lines, and Duty Cycle Correctors
- Knowledge of Basic SoC Architecture and HDL languages like Verilog
- Solid understanding of Circuit Verification tools such as Simulators, Extraction, EMIR, Noise, and SigEM
Responsibilities
- Perform transistor level Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Designs
- Collaborate with Layout Teams on the physical implementation of PHY designs
- Generate block/chip level specifications
- Perform block level verification to meet performance, power, and area specifications
- Participate in establishing Design Methodologies for accurate designs
