The IS&T organization at Apple is seeking an experienced full stack developer to join the Legal and Global Security Solutions (LGSS) Team. This role involves building and maintaining critical tools and services that support legal, compliance, and security functions at Apple. The ideal candidate will work with a talented team to create scalable and secure solutions while taking ownership of project delivery from inception to deployment. Collaboration, mentorship, and innovation are key aspects of this position.

• 4+ years of software development experience in Java with strong object-oriented design skills
• Experience in both frontend and backend development, including large-scale systems
• Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases and proficiency with Unix operating systems
• Solid knowledge of application performance optimization techniques and caching solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work-related experience
• Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles including load-balancing and microservices
• Hands-on experience building components, frameworks, and libraries for software efficiency
• Familiarity with AI/ML algorithms and frameworks and experience integrating AI/ML concepts
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD tools, with Agile development experience

• Engage in all aspects of software development from architecture and system design to implementation and maintenance
• Collaborate across teams and mentor engineers to drive innovation
• Implement features aligned with the product roadmap
• Take ownership of project delivery from inception to deployment
