• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience developing high-quality native applications for Apple platforms using Swift, SwiftUI, and modern Apple frameworks.
• Proven track record building AI-powered applications, with hands-on experience integrating LLMs and deploying on-device ML models.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, with a track record of shipping production systems built on clean, robust, and maintainable code.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Apple's AI/ML stack, including the Foundation Models framework, Core ML, and MLX.
• Hands-on experience developing for visionOS using RealityKit and ARKit, or strong interest in Spatial Computing.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and partner cross-functionally across business, product, design, and engineering teams.

• Maintain and enhance the Innovation Lab's technical infrastructure.
