The Apple Store Online team is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead significant growth initiatives for Apple Retail's e-commerce experience. This role focuses on building seamless and innovative digital commerce capabilities for online customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in managing complex distributed systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of combined experience in Product Management or Project/Program Management, specifically in e-commerce or consumer digital experiences.
- A BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency with new technologies like AI and Deep Learning and their applications in digital commerce.
- Familiarity with 3rd Party e-commerce marketplace integrations.
- Experience with SaaS, including CRM tools such as Salesforce or Adobe.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of personalized and innovative digital commerce experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing, Merchandising, and Engineering teams.
- Drive critical architecture decisions and promote the adoption of cloud-native patterns.
- Ensure scalability, automation, and seamless integration of e-commerce systems.
- Dive into technical details to support platform upgrades and optimize tools and processes.
