Job description
The role is for a Technical Professional within the OEM team at NVIDIA, focusing on managing and leading technical field teams to ensure successful product execution for OEM partners. The position requires collaboration with various teams, including hardware and software engineering, to deliver end-to-end solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for addressing partner concerns and supporting large-scale deployments. This position emphasizes strategic influence and recruitment of talent to strengthen the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or MBA with a focus on IT management.
- 10+ years of experience with OEM, ODM, datacenter operations, and management, with at least 4+ years leading a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workflows across technical engagements and NPI efforts.
- Familiarity with OEM integration cycles, including product qualification and launch processes.
- High-level understanding of NVIDIA’s solution suite, including GPU, networking, and software stacks relevant to data center and OEM deployments.
- Experience guiding cross-functional teams through complex deployments and customer engagements.
- Ability to represent NVIDIA in Tier-1 OEM account reviews and build trusted technical relationships.
- Skilled in project management, setting goals, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution.
- Capable of shaping OEM engagement strategy and contributing to roadmap planning.
- Knowledgeable about NVIDIA’s hiring process and capable of leading interview panels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and prioritize the workflow of OEM technical teams supporting NVIDIA product integration.
- Plan and coordinate NPI activities, guiding teams to integrate NVIDIA technologies into platforms with OEMs.
- Lead the development of complete hardware and software solutions, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Resolve intricate customer issues and uphold strong technical relationships with OEM partners.
- Lead technical execution for major customer deployments, coordinating internal and external resources.
- Participate in the recruitment process and lead interview panels for new team members.
- Provide input to business units and recommend procedural improvements for OEM account strategy.
