The NPI Product Engineer role at KLA Services focuses on supporting BBP systems through a deep understanding of advanced vacuum E-Beam systems. • BS in Engineering, Physics, Optics, Mechanical or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience building, operating, and solving problems for EBEAM systems.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, motion control, and vibration isolation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to quickly adapt to a dynamic environment.

• Gain a systems-engineering level knowledge of sophisticated vacuum E-Beam systems.
• Support external and internal customers in the operation, installation, upgrade, diagnosis, repair, and application of systems.
• Provide written plans of action or hands-on assistance at customer sites when first-line support fails.
• Write technical reports to communicate issues, analysis, technical assessments, system status, and engineering recommendations.
• Implement and supervise progress of NPI/Sustaining work, including diagnostic improvements and software feature requirements.
