• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, IT/Software/Networking, Electronics, Optics, Mechanical, Software or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience building, operating, and solving problems for KLA Inspection systems.
• Experience with image computing and Linux-based troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of servers, electrical and mechanical systems, and/or motion control.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to quickly adapt to a dynamic environment.

• Support customers in the operation, installation, upgrade, diagnosis, repair, and application of systems.
• Provide written plans of action or hands-on assistance when first-line support fails.
