The NPI Product Engineer role at KLA involves gaining in-depth knowledge of advanced wafer inspection systems and supporting both internal and external customers. • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, IT/Software/Networking, Electronics, Optics, Mechanical, Software or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience building, operating, and solving problems for KLA Inspection systems.
• Knowledge of servers, electrical and mechanical systems, and/or motion control.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to quickly adapt to a dynamic environment.

• Gain a systems engineering level knowledge of wafer inspection systems.
• Support external and internal customers in the operation, installation, upgrade, diagnosis, repair, and application of systems.
• Respond to unresolved problems by providing written plans of action or hands-on assistance at customer sites.
• Write technical reports to communicate issues, analysis, technical assessments, system status, and engineering recommendations.
• Implement and supervise progress of NPI/Sustaining work tasks.
• Work closely with Engineering teams to provide feedback on serviceability of new designs.
• Drive small projects in a matrix environment.
