This role is part of Amazon's Intelligent Talent Acquisition (ITA) team, focusing on transforming the hiring process through advanced technology and data insights. The Hiring Intelligence, Science & Experimentation (HIRISE) team aims to build scalable and sustainable products that enhance candidate evaluation and recruitment strategies. Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Lead development and launch of core product features for processing analytics at scale.
- Have significant influence on the overall strategy by defining product features.
- Drive the system architecture to ensure quality and reliability.
- Spearhead best practices that enable a quality product.
