• A strong foundation in industrial, mechanical, or similar engineering disciplines.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Foundational knowledge in facility layout, material handling systems, process engineering, or automation.
• Experience in AutoCAD 3D.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau.

• Support end-to-end process design and site layout development for new business initiatives.
• Maintain and update capacity models for First Mile and Middle Mile business units.
• Identify and document resource requirements for retrofit projects.
• Assist in consolidating retrofit efforts across sites by coordinating change management activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks and project workstreams simultaneously while communicating effectively.
• Share and document best practices between engineering and operations teams.
• Provide technical support for large-scale engineering projects.
• Support ergonomic design improvements by incorporating findings into project designs.
• Participate in post-launch reviews and help incorporate learnings into future project plans.
