Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools in a disciplined, production-grade way.
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into production systems and familiarity with Responsible AI principles.
  • Experience owning a feature area end-to-end, from design through deployment and monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end engineering lifecycle for key components and services.
  • Use AI tools across the full software development lifecycle in a disciplined way.
  • Lead design discussions and own architectural decisions with minimal oversight.
  • Partner with product managers and engineering to define customer requirements.
  • Write extensible, secure, and performant code while driving code reviews and best practices.
