The candidate will engage in cross-functional partnerships and represent the team's work to leadership. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 12+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Ability to communicate technical details clearly across organizational boundaries.
• Methodical analytical skills with a systematic approach to software design.
• Self-motivated with a dependable drive for collaborative progress.

• Own the technical direction for new agentic capabilities from design to delivery.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with product, design, and data leaders, as well as external AI companies.
• Mentor and grow a team of engineers, providing direct feedback and building clear growth paths.
• Recruit and retain top systems engineering talent with a focus on AI-native development.
• Represent the team's work to leadership, communicating decisions, risks, and strategic context.
• Provide thought leadership for the broader organization.
