Requirements

  • 10-12+ years of business development or sales experience in professional services and solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
  • A proven record of selling complex digital, technology, and managed services solutions to C-level executives of Fortune 500 companies.
  • Strong client management and relationship skills with an executive presence.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales impact through personal sales contributions and deal origination goals.
  • Own client relationships and develop a pipeline for business advancement.
  • Engage with clients approximately 80% of the time to understand their issues and challenges.
  • Develop and drive the sales and growth strategy at assigned accounts in collaboration with account team members.
  • Act as a catalyst to pull stakeholders together to drive strategic initiatives and enable revenue growth.
