Job description

The role of Manager in Digital and Product Strategy at EY involves helping clients address their digital vision and customer experience challenges. The team focuses on leading the strategic design process for projects, ensuring effective execution of customer experience and digital strategies. This position requires collaboration with various teams to deliver innovative solutions across multiple sectors, including retail and quick service restaurants. The Manager will also be responsible for mentoring a diverse team and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Communications, Design or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
  • Must have 3 years of experience in digital strategy, customer or user experience, or product strategy.
  • Must have 3 years of experience taking a digital product from concept to market.
  • Must have 3 years of experience in roles such as digital product business analyst, product manager, product owner, or product marketing manager.
  • Must have 3 years of cross-functional experience working with internal and third-party development teams.
  • Must have 3 years of client-facing experience in strategy consulting or a related field.
  • Must have 3 years of experience managing or leading teams.
  • Must have 3 years of experience with agile management tools.
  • Must have 2 years of experience understanding buyers' behavior on technology platforms.
