• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5 or more years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with full stack development, specifically in React frontend and Java/Spring Boot backend.
• Strong database skills across both relational and non-relational data stores.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development.

• Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend changes to policies.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure successful task completion.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and translate them into technical designs.
