The Multidisciplinary Manager for Industry Solutions Engineering (ISE) will lead a cross-discipline engineering team focused on delivering high-impact customer outcomes. This role involves coaching talent, modeling engineering excellence, and strengthening the multidisciplinary operating model. The team collaborates closely with customers and Microsoft product teams to develop cloud-based solutions. The manager will also promote a culture of continuous learning and responsible AI practices within the team.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 12+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of people management experience.

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, owning a portfolio of work to maximize customer and Microsoft value.
• Provide clear coaching, career development, and performance support for engineers across various disciplines.
• Serve as a player-coach by engaging in selected projects and modeling engineering fundamentals.
• Partner with leadership and discipline managers to ensure strong operational excellence across engagements.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by elevating engineering practices and sharing reusable patterns.
• Champion AI-forward hypervelocity engineering by guiding teams to apply responsible AI practices.
