Job description

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Typically, 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) is necessary.
- Proven experience leading SAP workstreams or small project teams through the full lifecycle is essential.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes is required.
- Experience facilitating client workshops and gathering business requirements is necessary.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
- Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
- Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
- Serve as an SAP Manager responsible for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities.
- Manage and provide leadership to teams of professionals, actively engaging in staff development.
- Run workshops, gather requirements, design, configure, and support the end-to-end process for SAP Order-to-Cash.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and possess strong business acumen.
- Consistently deliver quality client services and monitor progress against milestones.
