Job description

The role of Manager in Digital and Product Strategy at EY focuses on helping clients enhance their digital vision and customer experience. Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Communications, Design or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
  • Must have 3 years of experience in digital strategy, customer or user experience, or product strategy.
  • Must have 3 years of experience with taking a digital product from concept to market.
  • Must have 3 years of experience in roles such as digital product business analyst, product manager, product owner, or product marketing manager.
  • Must have 3 years of cross-functional experience working with internal and third-party development teams.
  • Must have 3 years of client-facing experience in strategy consulting or a related role.
  • Must have 3 years of experience managing or leading teams.
  • Must have 3 years of experience with agile management tools.
  • Must have 2 years of experience understanding buyers' behavior on technology platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients solve their digital vision and customer experience issues.
  • Execute client’s customer experience and digital vision as a product advocate.
  • Lead on client deliverables including digital platforms and customer personas.
  • Apply knowledge of design thinking techniques to solve business problems.
  • Implement product requirements for Point of Sale and commerce solutions.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform business requirements.
  • Conduct lightweight prototyping to test product designs.
  • Manage client expectations in line with the overall digital and customer experience vision.
  • Translate business and product requirements into differentiated design solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical architects and design teams to build best-in-class solutions.
