Job description

This role involves holistic ownership of client accounts and trade life cycle management, serving as the primary contact for investment guideline issues. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure adherence to investment guidelines and improve data quality. The candidate will also represent the team in client meetings and provide thought leadership on regulatory changes. A strong focus on risk management and operational aspects of trade management is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in the financial services industry is needed.
  • Knowledge of operational aspects of trade management or investment guidelines surveillance is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, are required.
  • Flexibility to provide occasional time-sensitive pre-trade support after hours is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a single point of contact for AMD business regarding investment guideline issues.
  • Implement and maintain client and regulatory guideline rules on compliance platforms.
  • Liaise with Investment Teams to ensure understanding and adherence to investment guidelines.
  • Collaborate with operations and technology teams to enhance data availability and quality.
  • Provide advice and assistance in resolving live guideline exceptions and issues.
  • Represent the team in client meetings for due diligence purposes.
  • Partner with client implementation teams to qualify new business and implement account events.
