• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience leading industrialization of electrical and mechanical products
• Experience carrying design concepts through exploration, development, and into mass production
• Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or equivalent is preferred
• Working knowledge of various ERP systems

• Drive design improvement with the product development team informed by customer and Contract Manufacturer feedback.
• Provide oversight and guidance to contract manufacturers during all phases of new product introduction.
• Work with the quality team to improve quality metrics at contract manufacturers and vendors.
• Root cause customer impacting issues and drive resolution.
• Work with Contract Manufacturers to drive cycle time improvements leading to realized cost reductions.
• Improve processes to simplify and drive efficiencies in the supply chain.
• Provide guidance to program management teams and leadership regarding contract manufacturing supply base.
