• Ability to present information clearly to technology and business leadership.

• Document business and functional requirements including workflows, business rules, and use cases.
• Understand and document data requirements for surveillance scenarios and monitoring solutions.
• Develop fully detailed user stories and supporting documentation.
• Analyze data to support solution design and identify risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Partner closely with technology teams, vendors, and Compliance stakeholders.
