  • CWNE (Certified Wireless Network Expert) or CCIE Wireless certification.
  • Experience with AI-powered tools for network automation, diagnostics, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and deliver technical solutions that improve the availability of wireless network technologies.
  • Understand customer needs and create technical solutions utilizing wireless networking technologies.
  • Identify and deliver solutions that reduce operational impact to customers and enable scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized solutions.
  • Dive deep on complex problems to identify root causes of customer impacts and develop corrective actions.
  • Evaluate new technologies, conduct lab tests, certify solutions, and lead pilot deployments.
  • Innovate and automate infrastructure testing, deployment, operations, and lifecycle management.
  • Define the strategy for future team processes and tools to improve infrastructure maintenance and management.
  • Contribute to hiring and developing top talent at Amazon.
  • Provide 7X24 escalation support on a shift rotation basis, including some night and weekend support.

Benefits

  • Employees at Amazon are often offered comprehensive health benefits—including multiple medical plan options (no pre-existing condition exclusions, 100% covered in-network preventive care), dental and vision plans, a 24/7 medical advice line from day one, expert second-opinion services, and broad mental-health support with several free counseling sessions (including pediatric). Financial wellness typically includes a 401(k) with company match (up to 2%), Restricted Stock Units (equity), FSAs, an emergency savings program, product and partner discounts, and even college-savings and home-purchase programs. Overall, the package is designed to support employees and their families’ health, finances, and day-to-day life.
