• 1+ years of experience in a technical lab environment
• Experience writing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process improvement methodologies
• Experience with lab equipment calibration and maintenance
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking concepts
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Background in continuous improvement frameworks such as Six Sigma or Lean
• Strong technical writing skills
