Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
- 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
- Experience as a mentor or tech lead for an engineering team
- 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture of critical components within the new defensive security platform.
- Drive the AI-first approach by identifying opportunities to apply machine learning and intelligent automation.
- Make high-judgment technical trade-offs across distributed systems.
- Influence the product roadmap in partnership with product and security leadership.
- Set engineering standards for the team across operational excellence and security.
- Mentor and elevate engineers while fostering a culture of curiosity and ownership.
- Navigate ambiguity and drive alignment by synthesizing different perspectives.
- Own end-to-end delivery of production systems with high autonomy.
