NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer for its Enterprise SaaS Platform & Automation team. This role focuses on automating manual workflows and building agentic systems to enhance productivity across various enterprise platforms. The engineer will work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with teams to implement automation solutions. This position is pivotal in transforming how enterprise work is conducted through innovative engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of engineering experience with a track record of building production-grade automation systems.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including Python, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, or agentic systems.
- Deep familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Slack.
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear communication skills to translate engineering decisions into business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic systems that automate the full SaaS application lifecycle.
- Architect and implement automation and integration solutions across enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Build AI-powered support automation to improve employee experience at scale.
- Engineer vendor integration frameworks to automate data flows and operational touchpoints.
- Develop and deploy integrations and AI agent pipelines that surface insights and automate decisions.
- Instrument platforms for observability by building dashboards and analytics.
- Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure automated workflows meet enterprise standards.
- Mentor engineers and establish engineering best practices within the team.
