The Systems Software Engineering Manager will lead a team focused on building cloud services for NVIDIA's GeForce NOW. This role involves improving operations and feature delivery while ensuring the reliability of cloud services. The manager will be a technical leader who balances building, operating, and advocating for customers. The position requires a strategic approach to grow usage and enhance user experiences for both existing and new customers.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent program from an accredited University/College or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of software development or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in leading a software engineering team.
- Hands-on experience with designing, prototyping, building, and running cloud services.
- Proven experience taking mobile and cloud products from inception to successful release and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Build a strategy for growing usage and scale of existing customers while crafting features for new customers.
- Own technical requirements, roadmaps, design, architecture, implementation, operations, and management of the service.
- Partner closely with peer organizations to achieve business success in the GPU Cloud space.
- Drive improvements in service reliability using strong software engineering processes and tools.
- Provide deep technical leadership to agile teams.
