Job description
This role involves leading the architectural design and development of AI-powered HR support solutions within Amazon's Employee Services Technology team. The team focuses on transforming employee experiences by leveraging AWS services and generative AI. You will mentor junior engineers, drive technical excellence, and ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable. The mission is to deliver personalized and efficient HR support at Amazon scale.
Requirements
- 1+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of critical platform features.
- Drive technical excellence through mentorship of junior engineers.
- Architect and implement AI powered solutions leveraging AWS services.
- Design and build robust integration patterns between multiple HR systems.
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements.
- Lead cross-team technical initiatives and drive consensus on architectural decisions.
- Champion operational excellence through monitoring and continuous improvement.
