You will work alongside dynamic teams to tackle challenges and contribute to groundbreaking products that enhance customer experiences. This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage with cutting-edge technologies and make a meaningful impact.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At the end of the internship, you must return to school to continue your education or the internship must be the last requirement for you to graduate.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Perl, SQL, Assembly, or VHDL.
  • Experience using measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
  • Prior internship experience, relevant project experience, teaching assistance experience, or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in engineering processes for design, integration, implementation, testing, and qualification of electrical sub-systems.
  • Engage in camera, touch, and display engineering tasks including optics and mechanical design.
  • Contribute to wireless technologies through antenna design and RF system validation.
  • Participate in ASIC/VLSI tasks such as RTL design, verification, and power design.
  • Aid in system development through electrical system design and schematic capture.
  • Work on audio, acoustics, and optical hardware design and integration.
  • Develop low-level microcontroller code and firmware solutions.
  • Support quality engineering efforts throughout the internship.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
