Requirements

  • Self-motivated, self-driven, and dedicated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Experience handling complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Prior internship(s) or full-time experience, group or personal project exposure, teaching assistance, or work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Defining project plans and schedules and driving project execution.
  • Leading internal and external multi-functional teams in engineering and validation activities.
  • Ensuring tight team coordination and communication.
  • Understanding and communicating sophisticated, technical issues.
  • Identifying and resolving conflicts, inter-dependencies, and program issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Leading alignment, development budgets, and engineering builds across multiple teams.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to create a roadmap.
