Job description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Systems and Controls, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science or similar Engineering discipline with 2+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 1+ years of experience.
  • Experience with industrial automation platforms, such as GE Cimplicity or Rockwell Automation Control Logix PLC products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Facilities engineering support to factory customers in support of Safety, Reliability, Quality, Environmental and Cost objectives.
  • Ensure systems operate reliably to avoid manufacturing or environmental excursions.
  • Develop industrial instrumentation and automation systems for maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Design and develop new control systems and maintain existing systems.
  • Analyze data and present findings in written reports.
  • Manage projects within cost and time constraints and oversee day-to-day operations associated with instrumentation and controls.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis to develop engineering solutions.
