The Factory Engineer role at Intel's Advanced Packaging Technology Development Substrates organization focuses on providing factory support by troubleshooting and maintaining Facilities Point of Contact systems. The team aims to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in semiconductor manufacturing processes. This position involves leading various infrastructure projects and programs to enhance factory operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related discipline with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in any of the specified engineering disciplines.
• 1+ years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing or Equipment Engineering.

• Address Facilities Point of Contact to Tool Point of Contact issues.
• Facilitate Trades Resources and Support to resolve Factory Safety or Quality Issues.
• Lead Factory Infrastructure Projects such as Exhaust Verification and CO2 Fire Suppression PMs.
• Coordinate Factory Upgrade and Downtime Events.
• Lead micro-contamination and ESD programs in the factory.
• Provide support for Factory support equipment including Fridges, Lifts, and Airborne Counters.
