The Engineering Program Manager for iCloud Mail will lead cross-functional programs to enhance one of Apple's most widely used services. This role involves collaborating with engineering, design, and operations teams to define project plans and manage risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences. This position is part of the Cloud Products and Platform program team within Apple Services Engineering.

• 3+ years of experience in Program or Project management leading cross-functional software development.
• Experience in leading large programs from requirements gathering to software development and release qualification.
• Previous experience building customer-facing products or services with a foundational understanding of technical details.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey relevant information to various audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Claude code development.
• Experience managing incident response, service health, or operational readiness programs for live production services.
• Background in partnering with Privacy, Security, Legal, and Localization teams for globally compliant feature launches.
• Working knowledge of email standards and technologies such as IMAP, SMTP, JMAP, MIME, DKIM/SPF/DMARC.
