• 5+ years of experience in software development, with significant experience in design and development of large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, multi-threading, non-blocking data caching services, and data access technologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing high-performant REST/RPC services.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional work experience.
• Deep understanding of authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and FIDO2/WebAuthn.
• Proven track record in designing, leading, and shipping mission-critical IAM platforms and services in Java that run at a global scale.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies, such as LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience in product-ionizing ML systems including model serving and monitoring.
• Strong experience with integration testing, contract testing, and shift-left quality practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containers, and large-scale infrastructure.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including business stakeholders, engineering peers, QA teams, product managers, and human interface designers.
• Contribute to developing new product features and enhancing existing functionality.
• Drive performance and code quality improvements.
• Engage in the full software development lifecycle from architecture and design to implementation and maintenance.
