Collaboration with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers is essential to understand hiring needs and team dynamics. The position requires a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Proven background in using innovative research and sourcing methods for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
- Sourcing experience in software, firmware, mechanical, hardware, chip/circuit design, graphics software/hardware, platform architecture, or process engineering.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable experience in partnering with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and professionals at various levels.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- BA/BS Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop sourcing strategies for identifying both passive and active candidates.
- Partner with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
- Provide timely customer service to hiring teams.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates.
